I cannot login to my account.

If you have not accessed your account in the last 12 months and not worked for CCCG previously, please set up a new account. You can use your previous email to register again, as all your account details will have been deleted in line with data protection regulations.

If you have worked for CCCG within the last six years, your records will still be retained in line with data protection regulations. Please call 0207 700 9263 or use the contact web form on this page, as we will need to reactivate your account in order for your password to be reset. Alternatively you can create a new user account with a different email address.

Who do I contact if I have questions about a vacancy?

Please use the contact web form on this page. If the job advertisement has contact details for the hiring manager you may also contact them directly.

I am unable to complete one of the mandatory fields on the application form (eg passport number or NI number).

If you do not have a passport and are a British citizen, please enter ‘BIRTHCERT’ or similar in this field. If you are not a British citizen, please enter a valid passport number.
You may enter an expired passport if you are a British citizen.
If you have Indefinite Leave to Remain you should leave both of the visa date fields blank.
If you are awaiting an NI number, please enter XX999999X in this field. If you are successful and hired, you must ensure that you update your NI number with Human Resources or it will not be possible to pay you.

How do I book an interview time?

You will receive an email notification confirming that you have progressed to the next stage of your application, and you will be asked to log in to the online recruitment system to book an interview. After you have logged in, you will be presented with a the “Current Interviews” details, click on “Details” to view the available slot and you can select the time that suits you.

Please note, very occasionally it may be necessary to reschedule interviews. In this instance you will receive another notification asking you to log in to our online recruitment system to book an interview. Please follow the same process as detailed above to book the interview.

I have not received an email confirmation of my application, or any other email notifications.

You will receive a confirmation email when your application has been submitted. If you haven’t received this email (and checked your spam or junk), this is typically due to a typo when first entering your email address in the system.
