Job Description

Westminster Kingsway College are looking to recruit experienced learning supoort assistants to work at our Alexandra Centre in Camden with learners with EHCPs who have support and learning needs.

About the role:
The successful learning support workers will be working with students with needs that range from those with moderate learning disabilities, autistic spectrum  and profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD). You will be tasked with the full implementation of supporting students with their studies in an FE setting. The role will have a mixture of 1:1 support as well as floating/group support and will require liaising with tutors and lecturers as you support students to through their academic studies.

About you:
We are particularly keen to receive applications from prospective employees who have worked with young people with challenging behaviour, and those who have a can do attitude to towards working with young people with additional needs which are sometimes complex.
