The Management Information Systems Division plays a crucial role in the development of systems to support staff and students across the Group, as well as providing reporting services to facilitate effective decision-making and enable colleagues to evaluate and manage performance.

We’re recruiting you to take an active role as part of the MIS team in providing a high quality, responsive management information service, administering the Course File, producing funding information and assisting in curriculum planning processes.

In this role, you will:

  • In this varied role you will be administering the Group’s Course File
  • Assisting with training management teams in their curriculum planning
  • Accurately creating and updating course records on the MI system
  • Producing funding information and assisting in curriculum planning processes.

You will be/need:

  • You will have experience of working with computerised administration systems and Microsoft Office products including Excel. The ability to work methodically with large volumes of data to a high level of accuracy is essential, as is the ability to work effectively under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • Experience with college information software e.g. EBS, ProSolution or SITS is desirable
  • We aim to be forward-thinking and to provide a responsive service to our users. Therefore, for all our posts enthusiasm, excellent communications skills and a customer-focused proactive approach are just as important as technical ability and practical experience.

In return for your skills and experience, we can offer you a competitive salary and pension provision, plus a generous annual leave allowance of 30 days. Other benefits include our Employee Assistance Programme, discount portal and salary sacrifice schemes.

We are committed to the safeguarding and protection of young people and adults and follow Safer Recruitment processes.  All successful candidates will need to complete a DBS check, with some roles requiring an Enhanced check. A criminal record will not necessarily bar you from working for us; this will depend on the circumstances of any offences.

Capital City College Group is committed to equality, diversity and inclusion in all our activities for everyone who learns and works here. We respect and value differences and welcome applications from candidates from all backgrounds.
