About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an hourly paid lecturer in Information Technology and Computing to join our college. You will be responsible for teaching specific groups including the associated preparation and marking. The successful candidate will arrange, monitor and supervise learners on programmes, including educational visits and field trips.
With appropriate experience and qualifications reflecting a strong background in Information Technology you will have a teaching qualification or the commitment to undertake one during the first term of contract. You will have a history of teaching within a ICT (or similar) context to a high standard, with personal/group tutoring experience and of teaching a variety of units in ICT and Computing. You must have the ability to communicate with students and to motivate and support them in their studies
